Can I cancel monthly?

Yes, every package can be cancelled monthly. An annual contract is optional: you pay for 10 months and get 12, and All-in includes the workshop, migration and training.

What is the 10 + 2 rule?

With an annual contract, you pay for 10 months and get 12. Per month, that works out at: Essential €249, Pro €499, All-in €749. The rule applies as long as you keep paying annually.

Is there a set-up fee?

No. Services such as the workshop, migration and training are one-off and you choose them yourself. With All-in on an annual contract, they're included.

What's included in each package?

Hosting, maintenance, updates, the AI assistant, and fixing bugs and outages. External subscriptions (a portal, Weglot, a CRM) are paid separately.

How does invoicing work?

Monthly on the first, by direct debit. We invoice services once. All prices exclude VAT.

Can I change package later?

Yes, up or down, from the following month.
